Rear Suspension Enhancement Product for 2019 Ford F-150
Question:
I have a 2019 Ford F150 that I would like to get some rear support on. I dont want to do air bags. I have a 4,300 pound bumper pull camper with a WDH. I would like to add a little support in the back to assist with sag. What products do you recommend? I have been looking at the Sumo Springs and Tork LIft products. Do the Tork Lifts provide much support? What products would you recommend for helping rear sag when towing. Thanks

If your weight distribution system is set up properly, and you're using the correct system whose capacity can handle the fully loaded tongue weight of your trailer, you shouldn't still have a much of a problem with the rear suspension sagging.
Before purchasing a rear suspension product, I'd recommend consulting the installation instructions and revisiting the setup procedure for the weight distribution system you're using to ensure that everything's been set up properly. I'd also recommend confirming that the system you're using is properly rated for the trailer's tongue weight when its fully loaded and ready to tow. If you aren't sure what your trailer's tongue weight is, I'll provide a link to a help article that shows how to determine your tongue weight.
If your system is properly adjusted, and you're using the correctly rated system for the trailer's fully loaded tongue weight, you can use a suspension product to stiffen up the rear suspension a bit and eliminate the sag you're experiencing. The TorkLift # TLA7310S would work if your truck is equipped with lower overload springs. When engaged, the Stabil Load will allow the helper springs to activate the overload springs as soon as a load is applied, rather than waiting for the leaf springs to compress before coming into play.
I'd prefer a system like the SumoSprings # SSR-116-40 for a 2WD truck or # SSR-117-40 for a 4x4 truck. The system offers up to 1000 lbs of support, which is plenty for the tongue weight of your 4300 lb camper. The microcellular urethane springs won't cause a rough ride, as they have some pliability to them. They function as soon as they're installed, and you won't need to manually actuate them like the TorkLift system.
