Do You Have To Remove the MORryde 5th Wheel Cross Brace Landing Gear Stabilizer During Travel

Question:

I see that in one video, the braces were removed, prior to hook up to the truck and drive away. I also saw the pictures of the braces left attached to the legs and the legs retracted. What is the real way to use these? Also..will there be any affect on the braces and landing gear legs if you use a 5-6 inch wooded pad under the landing legs, when setup?

The MORryde 5th Wheel Cross Brace Landing Gear Stabilizer part # MR72AR can be left installed on the landing gear legs while in transit. You can retract the landing gear legs with the braces in place as well you just need to make sure they are loose so they don't bind. There won't be an issue either if you need to use leveling blocks with the braces.
