B and W Companion Hitch Solution for 2015 Ram 3500 with OEM Prep Package

The Companion hitch you have now is designed for a B and W gooseneck hitch which uses a hitch ball that has a square shank. If your current hitch has a round shank design that would indicate it's not a B and W hitch and you'd need something different. Can you let me know what brand of hitch your truck has? Are there possibly pucks around the gooseneck hole that a hitch could attach to?

Thanks for getting back to me. Since you have the 4 pucks in your truck bed that means you have the OEM prep package and I have a couple options to install a Companion hitch. B and W makes a Companion hitch that fits your OEM rail kit directly with the # BWRVK3600 which is one option or you could take the head off of your current hitch and install it on just the base # BWRVB3600 and you'd be set.
