What Can I Do For A Malfunctioning Level Jack If I Have A Couple Of Days Before The Start Of My Trip
Question:
Hi. Im leaving for a appointment at Mayo in a few days and my RF LCI electronic leveling jack isnt working on my 2016 Pinnical 36FBTS. I replaced the touchscreen yesterday, found level ground, ran auto leveling, hit retract all and prepared to reset zero. Now the motor audibly fires and immediately stops while the LF jack runs as normal. Ive read 6v at the 4 6v AGM battery bank and 12v at the leveling control board leads but it s to 10v when front jacks are engaged in manual mode. With LCIs help I was able to manually raise and lower the jack then rehitch. Please help save my trip and possibly my life. Thank you,

My recommendation would be to replace the broken leveling jack, but it appears you might not have time to have it done. So I think you should get the Leveling Scissor Jack Set - 30" Lift - 10,000 lbs - QTY 2, part # JSC-30, instead. You will get two heavy duty scissor jacks that can be bolted or welded to your 2016 Jayco Pinnacle 36 FBTS. Each of the jacks is rated for up to 5,000 lbs. You will not be able to lift your fifth wheel with this jack, but you should be able to pair it with the good jack and level it. Now you can level it manually, or use the Ultra-Fab Speed Socket Power Drill Adapter for Scissor Jacks, part # UF48-979005, with your power drill.
The Powerbuilt Unijack Bottle Jack with Built-In Jack Stand - 21" Lift - 6,000 lbs, part # ALL620471, you attached to your question is not designed to support a trailer. It can be used in an emergency, like changing a flat, but not to support your fifth wheel.
I have included product description links and a video demo link below.
