The only option for towing mirrors on your 2022 Honda Ridgeline is universal towing mirrors like the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror # KS3891-2. Unfortunately there are no custom fit mirrors available. This is designed to fit most mirrors that are 4-1/2" tall to 11-1/2" tall. They require a lip or gap between the factory mirror and the glass. As long as the mirrors on your Ridgeline have this design these will fit.
The # KS3891-2 has a 7-3/4" tall x 5-1/8" wide mirror face and uses rubber pads on the straps to protect your mirror housing from scratches. They have a quick-release and use a ratcheting system which securely tightens the straps over your factory mirrors.
