Can the 2022 Honda Ridgeline Use the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller
Question:
2022 Honda Ridgeline with tow package. You do not list tekonsha 90195 trailer brake controller as one that is compatible with this vehicle. Why? You mention in an answer to a question for the 2021 this would be a good choice. What controller do you recommend? I see several experts recommend the tekonsha . Thanks

You can certainly use the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90195 on your 2022 Honda Ridgeline. It was not yet confirmed that the custom wiring harness fit the 2022 which is why you didn't see it listed. You will, however, be able to use the # 3070-P wiring harness to install this on your vehicle.
The Tekonsha P3 is a great option and is very reliable and popular. It is a proportional controller with 5 storable settings. It has an easy to read display and uses integrated safeguards to protect your vehicle, trailer, and the controller. I would definitely recommend this brake controller.
I have attached an installation video for your reference.
