Replacement Hardware and Hitch Fitment for 2019 and 2022 Chevy Equinox
Question:
I will be trading in my 2019 Chevy equinox at the end of my lease and would like to know if it will fit the 2022 chevy equinox if I lease that car? I will probably need all the installation hardware again if the hitch fits both cars.

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e59ZR fits both the 2019 and 2022 Chevy Equinox. You will want to replace the hardware as it is only supposed to be torqued down once. You will need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK. You will want to put etrailer in the hitch manufactor drop down and then e59ZR in the hitch item number. I have linked the instructions below to help you with the install. I have also linked a video of an identical hitch being installed on a 2021 Equinox.
