The only hub that would fit your spindle that we carry is the Trailer Hub Assembly - 3,000 lbs Axles - 4 on 5 - Agricultural # AH15450ECOMP which is designed for agricultural use and uses a different bolt pattern. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your boat trailer for a replacement since this does not seem to be a common hub or anything that is readily available.
If you are unable to find a replacement, you may also consider replacing the axle that uses a standard hub. If you let me know the hub face to hub face measurement of your current axle, along with the capacity, I could see if a replacement is available.
Another option would be to use something like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 2,200 lbs # ASR1THDS01. This would replace your existing axle and suspension. Then you could use the # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K. The # ASR1THDS01 would replace a 2,200 lb axle, but you would need to choose a different system if you have a different capacity.
I have included a link to all of our replacement axles and Timbren systems for your reference.
