Recommended Replacement Equalizers For 7,000lb Dexter Axles

Question:

I have Dexter Model 13-144 equalizers on 7,000# rated axles. I would like to replace both the equalizers and also install wet bolts with the equalizers and on each end of the leaf springs. I am having difficulty finding the correct replacement equalizers and wet bolts on your web site. Can you help? Thanks so much! ??

There is two extra numbers on the end of the 13-144-XX model number that would help narrow down your search to the exact replacement. I do however believe that you're needing the E-Z Flex Equalizers - Double-Eye Springs - Tandem Axle # K71-655-00, based on the weight capacity of your axles. To confirm this you'll need to measure the distance between the eye holes center-to-center, this kit has a 7-3/4" long measurement from center hole to center hole.

As for the wet bolts for each end of your leaf springs, you'll also need to measure your current bolts to find the correct replacement. For example the Wet Equalizer Bolt with Locknut and Grease Zerk for Double-Eye Springs # 126B2 have a usable length of 2-5/16" and 9/16" diameter.
