What height should a pintle hitch with ball be set on a 2010 ford f 150 with a tow package.

The short answer is it depends on the height of the trailer. You want to tow the trailer level or as close to level as you can get so you will adjust the height accordingly. I have included a link to an FAQ article that will help some though it does not cover pintle hitches. The principles remain the same though.
