How Ball Mount Has The Highest Rise For My Class 1 HItch On My 2017 BMW 3 Series
Question:
My class 1 hitch is about 10 inches above grade. I haul a 15 foot boat on a trailer whose tongue is about 20 inches. I found a Curt adaptor that rises 5+ inches. Is that close enough? Are adaptors available with greater rise, like 8+ inches? Thanks

When it comes to towing a trailer. We always say that you can have up to 3 inches difference between the hitch and the ball mount. The closet one that we have is The Curt Drawbar # C45028 which has a 6 inch rise. So that will put you at a 4 inch difference. We will not have a ball mount over 6 inches for a class one hitch.
I linked a review video of specs below.
