What is the Measurement of the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR From the Pinhole to Center of First Cradle?
Question:
Do you have the measurement from the pinhole to the center of the front tire cradle? I am asking to confirm if my bike rack gives me enough space between my trailer. Kuat did send me a response. They said about 18". So I need to double check my dimension. 18" seems close.

We went ahead and pulled the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR from the warehouse and confirmed that the measurement from the center of the pinhole to the center of the front bike cradle is 16-1/2 inches long. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows this measurement.
If you are still having clearance issues with this length, the absolute best route is to use a trailer-approved bike rack to install at the rear of your trailer. For a great rack, I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S94FR. Not only does the E-Spec come with a huge 70 pound per-bike weight capacity, it also is constructed for brute strength in order to withstand the extra torque and force when mounted behind your trailer. If you happen to have fat bike tires that measure between 3 and 5 inches wide, you need the fat bike adapters # S64679. Also, if you plan to transport women's bikes, children's bikes, or bikes with step-thru frames, you need a bike frame adapter bar # RRRBCA021 in order to attach your bike to the ratcheting hooks of the E-Spec.
If you need a 2" hitch for your trailer, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703. The Curt hitch allows you to adjust the brackets in order to accommodate trailer frames that measure between 22-72 inches wide. In order to make sure that the hitch fits your frame, I recommend measuring your trailer's frame from left to right.
