I have a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 and purchased a 3600 pull rite attachment will this fit on a puck system

I'm not sure what attachment you're referencing, for you to be able to use a sliding hitch like the Demco Hijacker # DM8550034, which mounts to industry standard rails, on your 2020 Ram 2500 which has OEM pucks, you'll need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099.
This adapter will drop into your factory pucks, and will provide attachment points for you
