Troubleshooting Replacement Digital Remote

I tried holding Manuel and automatic arrows and they won’t come on at the same time. I tried speed and temperature arrows also and both lights will not come on. A new remote. Do you have any suggestions?

Try replacing the remote batteries on the Replacement Digital Remote Control for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent with 12V Fan item # FV9068-09. Sometime the batteries that come with new electronics are cheap and die quickly or before they're used. If this doesn't solve the problem and you are getting no lights on your remote then I would say you have got a bad remote.
