Will the Curt Front Hitch # C31052 Interfere with Oil Changes

Question:

I have a 2012 ford explorer with the 3.5L V6 tivct engine and the tow package. There is an air intake on the right side under the engine. This intake has to be removed to change the oil filter, will this hitch interfere with the removal of the air intake during oil changes?

I spoke to my contact at Curt and he informed me that the CURT Front Mount Trailer Hitch # C31052 that you referenced should not interfere with the removal of the air intake component you referenced that needs to be removed for oil changes.
