I have a solution for you.
It is not specifically designed for the 2020 Toyota Tacoma but you can use the MORryde Trail Kitchen for Jeep Wrangler or Wrangler Unlimited # MR83MR.
I spoke with my contact at MORryde and they have had other customers mount it in their trunks or SUVs.
It is 25'' long x 17-1/2'' wide x 6'' tall and comes with mounting hardware.
You will need to drill holes to mount it, there isn't any other way of safely securing it especially since it will be in the bed of the truck getting bounced around.
