Recommended Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Replacement For A 2010 Tiffin Phaeton 40QTH

My Fantastic Fan stopped working blades not spinning but lid opened. I was told the replacement was FV803350. When i installed it, I noticed the diameter was less than what I had and there is a gap around the fan. It is also not working. I checked and cleaned the plunger and still not working. is this the direct replacement for model B2000RBT?

The Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit # FVK8017-00 I recommended before replaces the fan blades and motor allowing you to retain the housing and to keep the cost down instead of completely replacing the vent. Since you're still having issues there must be a disconnect somewhere between the vent control board and the fan motor, with the control board most likely being the cause.

Unfortunately, control board replacements are not available for your vent so the only solution would be to fully replace the vent. As for the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # FV803350 being a compatible fit, you can rest assured that it will fit the opening of your previous vent.
