Will the RVP Roof Rack # RRRVP05 Interfere with Antenna on My 2010 Land Rover Range Rover?

Question:

I read that this product will not fit a 2008 RR but not sure if the antenna issue applies for a 2010 RR. Is this a height issue?

I have a answer that will help you determine if there is interference with the crossbars with your antenna on your 2010 Range Rover. I confirmed with my tech at Rhino-Rack that the Rhino-Rack that the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Qty. 3 # RRRVP05 measures just shy of 2 inches tall from the roof to the bottom of the crossbar. In order to make sure that it fits over your antenna, I recommend measuring the height of your antenna.

If you need a bit more height on your crossbars, I recommend the following 3-bar setup:

- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 54" # RRVA137B-3
- RCH Legs for Rhino-Rack Crossbars and Pioneer Platforms - Fixed Mounting Points # RRRCH6
- Custom RCP Fit Kit for 6 Rhino-Rack RC and RV Series Roof Rack Legs - Fixed Mounting Points # RRRCP05-BK

While we do not have the exact height of this system when mounted on your fixed mounting points on your 2010 Range Rover, we have tested a 2-bar version of this rack on a different vehicle (see attached video). On that vehicle, the height measured about 3-1/2 inches from the roof to the bottom of the crossbar. Just like the # RRRVP05, I recommend measuring the height of your antenna to see if the crossbars provide enough height .
