What Tonneau Cover do You Recommend with the BakFlip MX4 on My 2022 Toyota Tacoma 6-Foot Bed?

Just bought 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR 6-foot bed. Interested in a Tonneau cover and rack combo. You say the BAKFlip MX4 is rack compatible. Which racks will work with it?

You are definitely correct in saying the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum # BAK48427 is compatible with your 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR (6-foot bed). Any ladder rack that installs in the stake pockets of the bed without clamping to the bed rails will work with the BAKFlip MX4.
As far as the best option, I recommend the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A86ZR (aluminum) or # A26ZR (matte black). The reason why the Pro Series is the best option is because all other ladder racks that are compatible have inward-angled bases. With this angle, there is slight interference with folding tonneau covers with the lower/mid part of the ladder rack. With the Pro Series, the bases stand straight up without an angle. As a result, you do not have to worry about rubbing or interference with the ladder rack when folding or unfolding the MX4. The Pro Series model is compatible with or without the Deck Rail system.
The Pro Series also allows you to purchase great addons like the load stops # A4000880 and the tie-down kit # A4000882. If you need straps to hold your cargo in place, I recommend the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases - 1" x 10' # EM34415.
