You are looking for an autoslider. I have a solution for you but the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K item # BWRVK3670 is not an auto slider.
You will want the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # DM8550034. This hitch slides automatically as you drive to give you 14" of additional clearance for tight turns. The wraparound jaw provides a smooth ride and a locking bar offers added security. To attach it to your 2018 Ram 3500's OEM Prep Package you'll need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs item # DM6099.
