Replacement Lock Core for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer
Question:
What is the replacement lock core for a 66 inch Yakima Rack and Roll trailer?
asked by: Carol B
Expert Reply:
In order to replace a lock core on the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer you'll need to know the key code which is on the side of the lock core. This way you can ensure the new lock core matches your existing and you don't have to carry multiple sets of keys. You can then search our site for "Replacement Lock Core and Keys for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - Key S###" with the ### being your key number. If you don't care about matching keys then you can just use part # 8880553.
If you don't already have one, you'll need the Replacement Control Key part # Y8007835 to remove the old lock core, it must be unlocked first.
