Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver, Single Bike Rack and Wiring For a 2018 Subaru Impreza Wagon

I am looking for a trailer hitch for my 2018 Subaru Impreza Wagon. I’d like to put a one bicycle rack on the hitch. Please recommend a hitch and bike rack. Thanks

For your 2018 Subaru Impreza 5-Door Wagon I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7350. This is currently the only receiver we have that has a hidden cross tube which looks better than the others when installed.
The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY87RR is a platform style rack that secures your bike to the rack by the front tire, even if it has a fender. It is capable of supporting a bike up to 60lbs with a 20"-29" diameter tire up to 5" wide.
Since your tail lights will be impaired by your bike I recommend installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118744 so that you can use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with your bike rack. This will ensure that you cannot be at fault for getting rear ended by another driver due to impaired view of the lights.
