I checked with Yakima and the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Cargo Box # Y95AV that you referenced will fit the factory cross bars of your 2010 Mazda 3 5-door. Be sure to check the owner's manual of your vehicle to determine the roof capacity of your vehicle and be sure not to exceed this figure.
