How to Lift Up Rear of Honda Accord with a Hitch Installed
Question:
Not sure how many models this applies to, but on my 2005 Accord Coup, the recommended rear jack point is the tow loop. If I install this hitch, can I still jack up the car by that location? Will the hitch be damaged if I put the jack right under the tow hook? but now it would be on the hitch tube, right? Thanks for any help!

I have a solution for you, but with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24787 installed on your 2005 Honda Accord you will not be able to use the tow hook location to jack your car. You cannot use the hitch as a jack point. You would either need to find an alternate jack point, use a lift, or you could use something like the FloTool RhinoRamps Vehicle Ramp Set # FT11909MI to lift the rear of your Accord.
