The two trailer hitches for your 2022 Toyota Sienna, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR, and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55MR have really one difference.
Both of these hitches are class III trailer hitches, that are compatible with a weight distribution system, however, the Draw-Tite # DT55MR hitch has a higher tongue weight and towing capacity than the Curt # C22UR hitch.
The Draw-Tite # DT55MR hitch has a maximum towing capacity of 4,500-lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 675-lbs, while the Curt # C22UR hitch has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500-lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 350-lbs.
You should check your vehicle's owner's manual first for your vehicle's maximum towing weight and compare the rating to the hitch and utilize the lowest rating between the two.
If you're interested in a complete towing setup, you're also going to need a wiring harness # TK69FR, and a ball mount kit # 989900.
