Are There Suspension Enhancements for a 2013 Honda CR-V to Increase Tongue Weight
Question:
Can I beef up the rear suspension on a 2013 Honda CRV to increase the tongue weight? I have a mobility scooter and rack that together weighs about 400 lbs.

We do have a rear suspension enhancement option for a 2013 Honda CR-V to help handle added weight when towing or hauling in the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension part # CSS-1125R but they won't add capacity nor is there anything you can do for this. The suspension, frame, etc all contribute to weight capacity and upgrading one of these would not allow for greater capacity.
Therefore, I must recommend you consider either a trailer or a lighter scooter/carrier.
