Does DT36MR really fit 2020 Ram 5500? I have looked on many forums and most everybody says there is not a front hitch that works.

To add a front mount hitch to your 2023 Ram 3500 diesel, I recommend the EcoHitch item #EH37FR. This hitch is custom fit and confirmed to fit both the diesel and gas models of the 2023 3500. I have linked an installation video below.
