My question is do you have a template of the cut for the plastic splash under the bumper?

In order to trim the bumper fascia on a 2021 Ram 2500 when installing the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT36MR you will need to measure using the diagram in the instructions which I have attached a photo of below. That said, there isn't any sort of template that you transfer onto the vehicle and trace. The cutting is pretty straightforward and easily done with the right tool.
