Hi I just purchased 2022 gmc at4 short bed carbon pro multi tailgate. It has an assist handle on inside left of tailgate. Since this cover is low profile and issues with the assist handle being in the way

Yes, the TruXedo Pro X15 Soft Tonneau Cover # TX64FR for a 5-3/4' bed or part # TX44FR for a 6-1/2' bed will work just the same on your 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited AT4 and allow you access to the assist handle on the inside of the tailgate.

Truxedo does indeed offer Pro X15 models that are compatible with the grab handle provided for the GMC Multi Pro tailgate. According to Truxedo, the #TX64FR will work just fine, as it's been specifically designed to fit around that grab handle.…
