Can the Anti-Rattle Bolt On the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack Be Switched Out

Question:

I purchased a 2-bike MonoRail from you a few months back - it shakes a lot in my 1 1/4” hitch receiver. Would this anti-rattle lock fit, or not due to the Rocky Mounts’ threaded hole through the hitch? If not can you advise on a different anti-rattle lock? Ideally I’d like one that will handle both a 2” and 1 1/4” receiver. Thanks.

The RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes part # RKY10003 comes with its own threaded hitch pin which also incorporates a lock. This hitch pin cannot be replaced as the thread pitch is specific to the rack. I recommend making sure the bolt is tight using a tool like part # PTW38106-24 as well as all other hardware on the rack. The only other option for reduced movement would be an extra strap like the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap part # 18050.
