B&W Companion Slider for a 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty w/ a Turnover Ball System

Hello was in concern of a couple things. I have a 2012 F250 superduty SRW. The truck is 4wd and has rear tow bags. I currently have a BandW gooseneck hitch installed. I am looking for a 5th wheel hitch. I am looking for a slider hitch. My question is can use the side brackets on the side of my frame rail from the gooseneck hitch and just buy top mount frame rails and 5th wheel hitch of any brand?

I have a really simple solution for you that won't require changing any of your rails or worrying about compatibility. The Companion Slider attaches directly to your gooseneck hitch. The 1" thick dual jaws provide 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact that gives you less rattle and more security than slide-bar jaws. The Companion has a gross towing weight of 20,000 lbs. There isn't another way to adapt your B&W gooseneck to accommodate any other rail system adapter or 5th wheel hitch.
