Easiest to Install 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2005 Dodge Caravan Without Stow-N-Go Seats

Question:

Im looking for a class 2, 1.25 inch hitch for my 2005 Dodge Caravan. It is not a Stow and Go and it is not a Grand Caravan. The badge on the rear of the car says Caravan SXT. Which hitch is your easiest to install? Can I install without a helper? Can you link me to an installation video for your recommended hitch? I will only use it to carry a bicycle rack. Thanks!
