I am looking for a electric trailer brake kit 5 lug 1997 Wells Cargo 1 Axle 13 Tires

Since your brake assemblies are held on with 5 bolts that would mean they are 12 inch diameter by 2 inch width and the correct assembly set you'd need would be the part # 23-458-459 which are self-adjusting.
