What Hitch Bike Rack Do You Recommend To Carry A Blix Aveny Skyline

I have a Blix Aveny Skyline. The bike has fenders on both tires. Will this bike rack work with this bike?

My hitch bike rack recommendation is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH903202. This e-bike rack clamps onto the bottom of the tires and there are padded clamps to hold the frame.
