For your 2017 Toyota Tundra, you can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50084-58, and will fit the 5-1/2', 6-1/2' and 8' beds.
This is a vehicle custom kit that will bolt directly to your vehicle's frame to minimize drilling, and will cut install time in half when compared to the installation of the universal brackets # RP30035-309.
These rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley, and Husky 5th wheel hitches.
If you're also needing a 5th wheel, the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 is a great choice, and is capable of towing up to 20,000-lbs, and a maximum vertical load limit of 5,000-lbs.
You'll want to check your vehicles owners manual as well, and compare the maximum towing capacity of your vehicle and the 5th wheel hitch, and utilize the lowest rating between the two so you don't overload your vehicle.
Additionally, since you have a short bed truck, you'll need to use a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder # RP34FR, which will work with Lippert 0719, 1621, and 1621HD pin boxes. You'll need to verify your pin box first to ensure you choose the correct pin box.
