You will need to take 1 important measurement to determine if the Pro Series cargo carrier, # 63153, will fit your 2003 Honda Pilot. You will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your trailer hitch straight back to the distance needed to clear the rear bumper of the vehicle.
If this measurement is less than 12-3/4 inches the Pro Series carrier will fit. You will also need to have a 2 inch trailer hitch for the shank on this carrier.
