Can B and W Patriot Hitch be Adapted to Fit OEM Pucks of 2022 GMC Sierra 2500

I have the BandW 16K 5th wheel with rail system. I recently trained my 2019 Ram 2500 for a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500. My new truck has the Puck system. Is there a conversion kit to change my 16k BandW rail system to the puck system? Thank you,

There isn't a way to convert any portion of a B and W Patriot hitch like you have to a Companion that fits the OEM prep package of your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 so what you'd need is the entire Companion hitch assembly # BWRVK3710. This does give you opportunity to sell you current hitch as a complete unit which would be easier than just components of it.
