Replacement Hardware Kit And Weld Nuts For 2022 VW Tiguan Hitch Receiver

Wanting to install a hitch and I noticed the car doesn't have any weldnuts! I have a 2022 VW Tiguan....Do I need to buy more or does any of the hitch receivers come with replacement weldnuts.?
