For your 1980 Dodge W400 PowerWagon, we have the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1300.
This hitch has a capacity of 30,000-lbs and bolts directly to your vehicles frame with the included mounting brackets.
This kit also includes a 2-5/16 hitch ball that can be removed when done towing and stowed into the original hole to give you full, uninterrupted, bed access.
You should check the towing capacity of your vehicle as well, and use the lowest capacity between the hitch and the truck.
