The Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter 3035-P will allow you to connect the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller # 39510 to the factory connector in your 2004 Ford F-150.
I have linked an installation video below that will help you locate the factory connector on your F-150.
If your F-150 only came with a 4-way flat connector the Tow Package Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118247 will give you a 7-way connector and the correct relay that is needed for your fuse panel.
