Recommended All-In-One Axle And Suspension Kit For A Trailer With 5 On 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern Wheels
Question:
I’m in need of a 58” complete axle kit. Hangers, springs, axles, bearing and spindles. 3000 lb would be nice and my wheels are 5 bolts. Do you sell a complete kit for all of the above?

For an all-in-one kit your best option is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500lbs # A35RS545E. This axle-Less system provides a smooth, quiet, safe ride and can eliminate the need for an axle, allowing for maximum ground clearance and a low deck height. Suspension units replace your existing axle and operate independently to fit any frame width.
The AEON progressive-rate main springs absorb road shock and support trailer's load to deliver a smooth, stable ride, regardless of load size. The springs compress and become stiffer as the load increases, boosting the spring strength.
The straight, EZ Lube spindles with electric brake hubs and assemblies accept wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and regular tires so you'll be able to mount your wheels and then connect the electric brake hub and drums to your trailer's 7-way.
Note: Electric brakes require a breakaway kit and trailer brake controller to activate. If you do not already have an electric brake system on your trailer then you can use a breakaway kit like # 3802308 and a brake controller like the # 90195.
