5th Wheel Hitch Upgrade for 2018 Ford F350 Long Bed
Question:
Do you buy 5th wheel hitches? Im trying to sell the CURT A20/R20 slider that I bought last year and used only 4 times. Bought a new truck and dont need the slider. Would like to buy a BandW Companion if I can sell this one. Thanks in advance.

We do not purchase used equipment, but your local buy/sell/trade or Facebook Marketplace would be a good way to sell your current hitch so you can upgrade to the Companion.
Assuming you have a 2018 Ford F-350 long bed, the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch you need will depend on how your truck is equipped. If it has the factory puck system, you'll want to use the puck mounted Companion, part # BWRVK3305 for the 25K capacity model or # BWRVK3300 for the 20K capacity.
If you don't have the puck system, you'll need to first install the B&W Turnover Ball hitch, part # BWGNRK1116-5W to provide a mounting point, then use the # BWRVK3500-5W Companion.
If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector mounted in the truck bed, you can install one using part # C57008.
I've linked to some installation videos you might find helpful.
