Will this attach to the powderhound 4 ski rack? I need a clamp that will secure it to my thick square crossbars.

To attach your Yakima PowerHound to square crossbars, you'll need the Univeral MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories # Y03590.
These will allow you to mount your Yakima roof mounted accessories to your roof's cross bars that are no wider than 4" and no taller than 1-1/2" tall.
