What 7-Way do You Recommend for My 2020 Subaru Crosstrek?
Question:
I have a 2020 and I need a 7 pin wiring harness. Subaru dealers are telling me they can’t do it. Do you have an option? Thanks.

I have a great 7-way solution for you. While we do not carry a customized 7-way that installs on your 2020 Subaru Crosstrek without splicing, we do have a universal installation method that will work great for you. That is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7. This kit does require splicing into your current wiring.
It is important to note that when using this kit, you do need to have a 4-way harness already installed. If you need to install the 4-way, the part you need is the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # C59496(for Hybrid models) or the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118467.
