Do you have a electrical trailer adapter to tow a trailer that has a 6 pin round plug with female holes to a flat blade on my truck?

This is a low profile adapter that simply plugs in between the two connectors. It's deigned for vehicles with the standard 7-blade trailer connector and trailers with a more uncommon 6-round trailer connector.
