I have a potential solution for you, but pretty much every 4-bike rack will have a reduced weight rating when you include that 2-bike add-on so 60 lbs per bike is a tall order. With that being said, we do have the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # HR1400Z which can hold up to 4 heavy bikes weighing in at 50 lbs each. If you can lose another 3 lbs per bike after you remove the battery you'll be able to safely carry all of your bikes.

If you don't have a way to remove that extra 3 lbs then let me know what the year/make/model is of your vehicle and I'll see if there are any other options that we can use to get all 4 bikes on your vehicle.

Thank you for the information! I was going to recommend using a front mounted hitch receiver to help open up your carrying capacity but since one isn't available for your 2015 Toyota Highlander I recommend checking out the Saris Traps Fork-Block 3 Bike Rack # SATRK33-BLK3 for at least 2 of your E-Bikes. This rack allows you to load 2 (or 3) of your heavier bikes inside the Highlander and then you can use your hitch receiver for the other 2 bikes. For the hitch receiver I recommend the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR for a few reasons; it comes with a ramp for easier loading of your bikes, and it uses clamps that go around the frame of your bikes as opposed to a lot of the other bike racks that use a clamp over the tire which would come into contact with your front fender. I've attached review videos for both bike racks for you to check out.
