How to Determine if 2010 Nissan Frontier is Equipped with Tow Package

Can you tell me how to check whether my 2010 Frontier has a tow package so I know what harness to order? Thanks

If your 2010 Nissan Frontier didn't come from the factory with the 4-pole or 7-way trailer connector installed, then it isn't equipped with the tow package. From the way you phrased your question, it sounds like your Frontier doesn't have the trailer connector, so to install a 4 pole you'd need # C56225 or # 118266 for a 7-way connector. Either kit includes the trailer connector plus the relays needed to activate the tow package.

If you aren't the original owner of the truck, your Nissan dealer can run the VIN of your truck to see how it was originally equipped from the factory.
