The best replacement option we offer for a Tie Down Surge Brake Coupler Model 125 for Disc Brakes is the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator part # T4750800. The Titan coupler is rated for 12,500 lbs just like the Tie Down and it uses a 2-5/16" hitch ball. It is also rated for use on disc brakes. If you have a model with lock solenoid or wish to add this feature then you would simply use part # T4750820.
There should also be a set of holes on the new coupler which matches what you have on the trailer now so no drilling should be required.
