Does The Towing Vehicle Battery Have To Be Lithium When Using A PD4135K In Lithium Mode
Question:
When I plug my trailer/camper into my truck which is a non lithium battery and the converter is set to lithium because the camper battery is lithium. How does that effect both batteries and charging?

The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4135K is not affected by the vehicle battery so you do not need to worry about it being lithium or AGM. The lithium switch is for power out to the RV battery so the power in from the vehicle battery does not matter. In lithium mode, the unit uses a higher output voltage, which provides a fast, complete charge for your RV's lithium battery.
