in order to flat tow your 2021 Jeep Wrangler you will need a base plate, tow bar, trailer wiring, safety chains, and a supplemental braking system. I prefer simple, so my base plate recommendation will be for a direct mount towbar. Here are my recommendations:
Base plate - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms, part # RM-521453-5.
Tow bar - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-520
Wiring - Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, part # RM-154
Safety Chains - Roadmaster 80" Coiled Safety Cables - Double Hook - 10,000 lbs - Qty 2, part # RM-653
Supplemental Braking System - Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink - Air Brakes - Proportional, part # DM26VR
Once these parts are installed, you will be able to flat tow your 2021 Jeep Wrangler. When your motorhome's brake lights, turn signals, and running lights are used, your Jeep Wrangler lights will mirror those lights. With the supplemental brake system, when you apply your motorhome's brakes, your Jeep Wrangler's brakes will be applied with the same force.
